It’s a big day for the Bigger and Better Lardo…Kickstarter accepted our project! Let’s raise some bucks to build out the patio eating area. We wanna string lights, install these planter benches, plant flowers, and bring in solid tables for serious sandwich eating. Help us out. And praise the lard!

Check out Lynne Curry and her new cookbook, Pure Beef. She just couldn’t get enough of Lardo’s ketchup so she included our recipe in her book! The La Grande Observer dubbed it “neither overly sweet nor watery, but a perfect combination of spice and tang that is thick enough to spread.” Couldn’t have described it better ourselves. Pick up a copy (or just head on over to Lardo) and you too can indulge in our tasty ketchup.
