Check out Lynne Curry and her new cookbook, Pure Beef. She just couldn’t get enough of Lardo’s ketchup so she included our recipe in her book! The La Grande Observer dubbed it “neither overly sweet nor watery, but a perfect combination of spice and tang that is thick enough to spread.” Couldn’t have described it better ourselves.
